Tjorn Sibma was born and raised in Carine and, having lived and worked in Perth’s northern suburbs for over 25 years, has a long history in Perth’s North Metropolitan region.
He’s particularly passionate about delivering for local families by creating jobs, improving community safety and providing the vital infrastructure they need.

He also brings to the table a strong track record in both State and Commonwealth policy-making and past experience in executive roles in the mining, property and higher education sectors.
As a committed supporter of the mining and petroleum sectors and an advocate for Western Australia’s defence industry, higher education and tech sectors, Tjorn believes that despite current economic challenges, Western Australia's best days lie ahead of it.
